Why we exist.
We exist to make sure that economic survival is never the ceiling for creative expression. Creative work follows the same economic rules as any other business, and creatives deserve the same preparation as founders in any other sector.
We work in small, closely supported groups. We know our participants by name, and we measure success by what they do in the market: the offers they launch, the prices they hold and the clients they win.
How we work.
Visantage delivers one service, a one-month coaching programme with a defined result, in three formats: group cohorts, one-to-one coaching and programmes for organisations. Participants leave able to price their work, use a client contract, pitch with confidence and plan how to formalise their business.
Our founder
Chidera Arum Bavard.
Chidera Arum Bavard is the founder of Visantage, a venture builder for the creative and cultural industries. A consultant and educator, she works with creatives and cultural professionals on the part of their work that talent does not cover: structuring the business, pricing it and selling it.
She grew up between a business-minded family and the performing arts, and saw early how often creative work was dismissed as a hobby that could not pay. She studied law at the University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. Over the past ten years her work has moved between law, the creative and cultural industries and business development. In France she studied cultural project engineering at the Université de Bourgogne and international business management at EDHEC Business School, and most recently worked as a strategy analyst at the EDHEC Centre for Net Positive Business.
In August 2026 she launched Visantage’s first cohort, with twelve creatives across illustration, music, writing, design and film. Under her leadership, Visantage runs cohort programmes, one-to-one coaching and training for organisations, in English and French, for clients in Europe and Africa.
Chidera is on a mission to make sure that economic survival is never the ceiling for creative expression, and that every creative with a vision has the structure to protect their work, compete on the global stage and win consistently.
